I worked in the bakery for most of the afternoon which is like unfamiliar territory to me as I am ALWAYS in drive thru...anyways as I was taking a customers order she was telling me that her granddaughter worked for Panera just at a different location. We finished talking and she walked away to wait for her order and after a few minutes I noticed she was waiting for her meal so I went to see what was going. Her pager wasnt working so I walked with her to grab her food from the counter and as she turned to walk away, she looks back at me as says, I really hope my granddaughter is as sweet to her customer as you are to yours. She made my day =)
