I workout at least five times a week. Bodypump (pure weights) three days a week, I teach Zumba every other friday, do kettlebell/TRX fusion, lift weights on own work etc. I was about 205 and am about 185 now. Thats over the course of about four to five months. Today I took zumba and I dont know..my energy was awful...my morale was low, coordination was off and it made me angry. Im not losing the weight fast enough. I want an amber rose body. I have curves and an ass already but I need the rest of her. In short Im kind of in a pissy place tonight.
