I would NEVER tell a powerlifter how to lift. Why? Im a bodybuilder. Powerlifters (most anyway) would NEVER tell me how to build the body. Training end goals are exclusive to one another even if there may be some overlap in training. One thing is for certain..at least we lift weights. Now...all you internet fitness guru jerks who talk your nonsense (and dont even TRAIN clients but regurgitate stupid studies without ANY practical application and act like theyre Arnolds semen that grew up)... When a person is looking for physique-oriented goals (fat-loss, hypertrophy), MANY of those people are already under the mantra that they must do aerobic based cardio. that said...I DO NOT DESPISE CARDIO IN THE PROPER CONTEXT!!! which MANY of you seem to NEVER include every single time you talk your crap bout youre so dumb to tell people cardio eats muscle...no you nitwit, but in the proper context, aerobic cardio is last on the totem pole for AESTHETIC-GOAL PEOPLE. But before some online internet guru tells me (or others) that we are dumb for minimizing, if not completely give up cardio for the sake of fat loss, make sure that internet guru doesnt look like a flabby jackass who looks like they never lifted a weight in their life or done ANY form of physique-oriented training and nutrition, or idk...HAVE BALLS TO COMPETE IN ANY PHYSIQUE OR BODYBUILDING SHOW. Until then, SHUT UP! about cardio...because guess what jackasses... IN THE CONTEXT OF FAT LOSS, YOU EAT THE MOST AMOUNT OF FOOD WHILE MAINTAINING A CALORIC DEFICIT, STRENGTH TRAIN, AND KEEP CARDIO TO AS MINIMAL AS POSSIBLE. YOU TALK YOUR STUPID TALK.... I TEND TO WALK MINE...AND MY CLIENTS SHOW IT.
