I would advise anyone who wants to switch to DIRECTV to consider all possible options beforehand! We went through DIRECTV and made the switch and boy have we been getting nothing but the run around and now weve finally gotten screwed over majorly! They installed all of their equipment 10 days ago and we still can not get it activated due to their deficiencies! They also cut all the cables to our Dish Network and ripped the Dish satellite off our house damaging the siding. Also drilled holes through the bedroom to the outside and left it that way! Now we want them to remove their equipment and hook up our Dish again and they wont do it. So were out almost $300 and have no service of any kind. Talk about a bunch of scam artists!
