If you had told me a year ago that Id be getting up at 5:30am to go swim, bike, and then jog/walk miles on end, I would have laughed and said You apparently dont know me! And here I am, loading up the bike to continue my journey into #fitness and possibly something greater. Thanks to all of the friends and family who have inspired, encouraged and supported me to this moment. Without your words and inspiration, Id still be in bed asleep, dreaming on my day off. Im not posting this for your praise. Im posting this so that I can hopefully help inspire someone else who felt that it was too late, they were too out of shape, that the numbers, time and energy were all against them. Thats how I felt a year ago too. Listen, its not too late. You CAN do this. Just like I now believe in me, I believe in you too. You make things happen by making things happen.
