I would just like to point out aside from this being my full time job, I do have 2 small children - a 3 year old and 7 month old. Being a small business owner I dont get to take sick days, I try my best to schedule my girls doctors appointments around client appointments. Our 7 month old recent had surgery last Friday and has had of the issues she was having taken care of. It helped so much that she was able to start crawling today, weve been fighting with an issue with her eyes since she was born, I had to cancel a session last minute and take her to the doctor where they did a vision test and told me she was starting to lose eye sight in the eye that was worse than the other. My kids and my family do come first, I am so thankful to the amazing clients I have that understand and have even said Its nice to see a mom put her child first. Most of my clients have children themselves and completely understand as well. Now that our little ladies eyes are fixed and taken care of we get back to our normal lives and no more issues will occur in our schedule. I do have a second shooter (my assistant) who has shot sessions and I always have given a refund if I had to cancel a session and not reschedule it. I do my best, and if I dont personally get to speak with you I hope you understand I have other clients, sessions, and lots of work! My assistant was hired for one thing - customers, she replies to your emails, reviews, messages, returns calls, answers the phone and books you. Thank you to everyone for your patience over the past month or so, heres to a booked summer of amazing new clients, weddings and sessions!
