I would just like to put something straight, when i find a stray dog just like the rest of the public i am obliged to hand it over to the Council Pound. now if it is injured in any way i try to get away with not handing over. I have already been accused of stealing a dog, because it was a stray and had a sore leg and didnt give to pound,they were notified by phone but of course no record of me doing this so since this we now notify by e-mail the Pound. we try to keep hold of whatever we can that has not been surrendered or come through cruelty cases. but that is the law.
