I would just like to say that Ive heard alot of people talk about how they are treated by their bosses..Nobody has a right to treat their employees like that...Because you have control over their paycheck you think you have a right to talk down to them..Well guess what without those employees you wouldnt have a paycheck so whose really in control? IF YOU HAVE FAITHFUL EMPLOYEES TREAT THEM WITH RESPECT BECAUSE THEY ARE WHATS TAKING CARE OF YOU...YOU ARE NOT ANY BETTER THAN YOUR EMPLOYEES..RESPECT THEIR FEELINGS OR EVENTUALLY YOU COULD BE IN THE WELFARE LINE...IF THE SHOE FITS IM TALKING ABOUT YOU...WORD GETS AROUND ABOUT ARROGANT BOSSES...HAVE A GREAT SNOW DAY....
