I would just like to share that Im so happy to be working for the best company that I have ever worked for and thats the JDSK INC.. Today I was made to feel so appreciated by none other than the best Director of Sales, Sherree Martinez and Director of Operations (of all of our hotels) David Littlefield. The words shared by these 2 wonderful people were so heartfelt and said with genuine compassion for an employee makes me want to do an even better job for them and this company. I know, at times, I may get to be just a little too serious, but its done in great respect for those and the company. I value my job and for whatever position Im in at any given moment. When you give respect, that respect is given back. From day one, when Angel Farley first hired me as a housekeeper, Ive had the opportunity to advance in many ways. Working under Sheri Shifflett has also taught me to look at each employee as an individual but with respect no matter what the position each one holds. That we are all equal but just maintain an expertise in each position. I value each friendship that Ive developed working with this particular corporate and would never do anything to jeopardize my job, loyalties to those spoken of and most of all, all of the employees whom I work with every day. Were a team so lets stay a team! I didnt mean to get carried away, but I just had to share my joy with all of you!
