I would like to ask a HUGE favor re my novel, ANACONDA. After receiving a huge number of extremely gracious 5 star reviews (40 out of 58, plus 13 that are 4 star), Ive received my first 1 star review. It was bound to happen sooner or later. But the review is so totally idiotic (Quote: If you like curse words and violence on every other page, then this is the book for you. Those whove read it know thats largely untrue, but seven characters beset by unbelievably harrowing conditions in an Amazon jungle are bound to curse a bit. As for the violence, well, its nearly 400 pages, and it does involve several heart-stopping episodes involving oversize snakes, so yeah, theres some violence. The only way to counter that review is if some of you would go to my Amazon Anaconda page, find that review, and click NOT HELPFUL where theres a choice between HELPFUL and NOT HELPFUL. (Just scroll to the bottom of the reviews and select MOST RECENT FIRST, and the review in question will appear at the top, you wont have to hunt for it. It would be greatly, GREATLY appreciated, even AMAZINGLY so.
