I would like to ask everyone for prayers of strength as I am about to fight an unexpected battle against ORNL Federal Credit Union for disability discrimination. The treatment I received today was the most humiliating experience I have ever had. I was approved for an auto loan and then they refused to accept my signature because my disability forces me to sign using an ink pen in my mouth instead of by hand. I have been a member of the credit union for 2 years but they will not be getting another cent from me.
