I would like to commend your entire staff especially salesman Jim Cook in addition to sales manager Jeff Garfinkel. This is the first time that I purchased/leased a car from your company. My wife and I are very loyal customers once you gain our business. The past three vehicles that we purchased were from Davis Acura. Over the past 8 years or so, we have referred many people to them based on their sales practices and the way that they treat customers. I can without a doubt tell you that your company (particularly Cook and Garfinkle) have matched and even surpassed them. All of the employees made us feel very welcome from the moment that we stepped into dealership. They were incredibly attentive to my children and went out of their way to make them feel welcome during the paperwork process. This was absolutely the best experience that we have encountered while purchasing a car. Purchasing a vehicle can be time consuming to say the least however your employees made this a no hassle, pleasant and fast buying experience. I have already been telling everyone at work what a great buying experience we had at Colonial Nissan. I come into contact with tons of people based on my employment and I will certainly continue to refer customers to you.
