I would like to find out it there is any type of organization that could help with me with a cat problem that I have. I had numerous cats which I owned and took care of for the last year. Neighbors complained because they were outdoor cats. Animal control became involved and I had complied with all their requests. I have given these pets my love, attention and medical care for the past year. It has now come to my attention that one of the neighbors has been trapping my cats here in New Britain, CT and transporting them and letting them loose in Southington, CT. I have contacted authorities in both towns and have been advised that it is out of their jurisdiction and their is nothing they can do. Authorities are aware that this catnapping is going on and will absolutely not do anything about it. These are domesticated cats, being let out into the wild to fend for themselves. As any animal lover can understand I am distraught over this situation and am asking for any help or guidance in this matter. I do not want the rest of the cats that I have to disappear. :(
