I would like to give a shout-out to the cable/internet company for your excellence during your service call to my house Fri. Ive never had my blood pressure raised so quick in my life; excellent! You irritated me after being here only 3 minutes...Excellent! You left while my service was barely running and fuzzy cable channels...Excellent! When you pulled in my driveway, I wanted to shout yay! When some new dude with shades too dark to see out of came in asking me if I had a key for the basement door, I wanted to shout huh? really? Now who in the world would ever have a key to their own home? When the tech who was training the dude told me he had 4 bars on his company device and my phone (along with 7 others in the house) was no good. I shouted yay I get to get a new phone. And so does everyone else! The new dude asked me had anyone been pulling or jerking on the cable wires, I shouted are you serious? It took the two of yall to move a 6ft tall set of shelves full of my husbands Bibles and books to get to that wire and you ask me that? The training tech evidently had enough of my mouthing after the entire 2 hours they were here, so he decided they were finished. I shouted where are you going? Its worse than when you came? He said your desk and the computer at the back of the house are both showing connected to wifi so we are finished. I shouted connected ,yes...but 1 bar does no good.This house is used to feeding off of 3-4. He said give it 2 days and call the office; it was Friday and the occupants at this address cant do without internet for 2 hours much less 2 days, so I decided to call while they were still here. They left and I shouted even more. A different tech was sent out the following day and he un-done and re-done everything the clowns did the day before. The previous days work order stated a cable wire was replaced; now I thought one of must be a magician- the wire he replaced it with had the same color of paint specks on it as my new walls. He was in and out within 20 mins. Then I shouted yay!!! So, for my shout out...If ya come up in chere tryin to train but instead clown, Imma shout out! Amen.
