I would like to invite you to participate in the City of Appleton’s second annual Community Bike Ride this Sunday, July 14, at 2:00 PM at the Pierce Park pavilion. Come enjoy a leisurely, family friendly, four mile ride through the city, with the Appleton Police Department providing intersection control at major thoroughfares, followed by post-ride treats and fellowship. Last year’s inaugural ride was a huge success, with approximately 100 participants of all ages, including Mayor Tim Hanna and his wife. Although Mayor Hanna is unable to join us this year due to a prior commitment, we still hope to have an even larger turnout than last year. I would sincerely appreciate your assistance in publicizing this event by word of mouth, social media, and any other means at your disposal, even if you are unable to attend yourself. Thanks!
