I would like to notify all of my friends on Facebook and in Kenya, that Marias Ripau is writing to people and telling them that I have been basically turfed from the Organization. I am not merely a non-executive chairperson but I am the CEO of this Organization and the meeting held on November 3rd, I believe was done without requesting my consent to do so. Therefore it is an invalid meeting. Marias has taken all the funds I have send and used them entirely for himself. I have the Bank records and I will post them later today. I will write what this Coward wrote to My Friend: Hi Lekake, I have been informed that Carol McHugh posted something on FB about you working with her in regards to BinHFK Foundation. Kindly be informed that BinHFK is is a legally registered organization run by law. Its not a Carols briefcase company as she purports, and all undertakings of the organization are done by the Board of Directors through the CEO. Be informed that CAROL is marely a non-executive chairperson to the board of directors- a position that have already been reviewed by the BOD with a resolution to be relieved of her. DO NOT let her get you into her problems and schemes of sympathy seeking on FB, The organization has never been hers (lol), and her imaginary titles like CEO, President and Founder are just that, IMAGINARY. Take free advice, we shall treat you an imposter should you be found in possession of BinHFK materials or purporting to represent the organization in any way or manner. Get to the NGOB and get the dacts right before being led to collision with the law. Howeverm you are absolutely free to work with Carol with your iwn projects without necessarily using the BinHFK brand. I am free to use the BELIEVE in HOPE for KENYA ~ A Non-Profit Organization, as the Founder, President and CEO of Said Organization.
