I would like to pause for a moment and recognize my deceased Sister, Barbara Jean Grant Primas....Born this day in the year 1949...Barbara and I were only two years and 7 months apart. Very popular in High School, Matthew W. Gilbert where she graduated in 1967. She was a majorette and played flute and piccolo in the symphonic band. She was 1st runner-up for Miss Gilbert...She graduated from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, Calif. She retired as the Personnel Director and Vice President at Princeton Theological Seminary at Princeton University in Princeton, N.J. Barbara and I were closer than close. We lived together in Harrisburg, Pa, Los Angeles, California, and Princeton, N.J. few women had as much class and style as my sister. Everything she did was first-class...I learned so much from her about women and life. We had fun everywhere we went. She was listed in Whos Who among American Blacks in 1988. Respected in so many circles all around the country. She always laughed and had the greatest personality of any person I have ever met. She would give the shirt off her back to a total stranger. She spent her life caring about others. Sis, I hope you left knowing how much I love you. You will never be replaced...Happy Birthday, and rest in peace....Peace and Love..
