I would like to point out that these workers are not assholes, they arent trying to be killers and cruel. The thing they shock the cow with literally kills all their nerves so that when they do cut them they do not feel it, their twitching is just the nerves reacting still. The skinning almost happens once the animal is dead. And cutting the throat is the best way to kill the animal because it is slicing a major artery which puts the animal into shock and the animal quickly loses consciousness before it feels anything and the loss of blood is so fast and great the animal feels nothing before it dies, like a paper cut, its quick but you feel it for a split second and then its your mind that keeps focusing on it, honestly stunning animals is not always effective nor efficient, so cutting the throat is my as Inhumane as you think it is.
