I would like to pose a question to the community and get some feedback. This is just an idea we had, and would like some input before we research it further and open it up for a vote at our October community HOA meeting. We are wondering how the community would feel about a one time assessment fee, to fund a playground, for ages 2-12 and a basketball pad, for the older kids? A really rough estimate is $200 per household. Again, not much research has gone into this, other than we feel our community would benefit from both of these things. We would like to see if the interest is there, and if homeowners are willing to pay a one time assessment to construct these items. Please be respectful in your posts, we are just trying to gather input, and if warranted would go up for a vote in October. ALL residents would need to cast a vote, and have it pass with majority. ALL homeowners would be required to pay the assessment, weather they voted for or against it, if it were to pass. Thank you
