I would like to post the trend in Nueva Ecija. A group of people create an association in Barangay collecting certain amount money minimum of hundred pesos at least, each member. This group is create a fundraising money for funerals of certain individual. You should be be a member to recieved the contribution and if not they will not give any nor offer any condolence to the family even if you know each other. Now, I would like to call the attention of certain agency to look into it. This manner or system seem to be unfair to the rest of the people or family creating barrier or limitation to one another even if you grow together. People now are making descrimination to one another. Is this group are registered to form this association or fraternity ? This is not we call damayan or balikatan, into a town or Barangay. Whoever is incharge or head of this group will somebody be needed to investigate, we can treat this as Scam or modus operandi to make money for some personal intention.
