I would like to publicly thank Michael, the Manager of Walmart Highland Village, for going over and beyond to provide excellent service! We ordered a cake from the Walmart Bakery for my sons BD party this past Saturday. The theme was to be Minecraft. When I arrived to pick up the cake (on the way to the party), I found that the cake was done incorrectly. To make things right, Michael had the bakery re-make the cake, then personally delivered it to Cosmic Jump in time for the cake and presents! On top of that, he refused to take payment for the cake, asking only that we come back and see them at Walmart. What wonderful business ethic & customer service! This man will clearly go far in business & in life. Michael, if you read this, we send many thanks & blessings from The Allen Family!
