I would like to remind my valued customers how we do things at Rainbow Kennels LLC. we open at 7:30 am. We immediately start letting dogs out, one run at a time. We are getting food and water for each dog. If that particular dog has urinated or defecated, we are sanitizing and deodorizing and scrubbing that run then. Normally, all dogs have been outside and fed by 9 to 9:30 for the first time. We immediately start 2nd round. then, we start 3rd round, then 4th, which is when we feed again. then 5th. Depending on how busy we are, or how many customers are dropping dogs off or picking up depends on how quickly or slowly we get each round completed. In the East wing and the West wing, each run is let out, one run at a time, so the process takes time. Someone is first to go outside and someone is last. I apologize for those who have picked up before we have completed first round and your dog has not been outside yet. We are working as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to get everything and everyone taken care of. The runs that did not get sanitized and deodorized on the first round are done on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th round. On the weekends and holidays the minimum number of times a dog will go outside is 3 times, Monday thru Friday normal business hours, the dogs are let outside 5 times.
