I would like to say thank you to Mayor Glenanna OMara! I dont not think I have ever witnessed such grace under fire. In addition, she manages to allow a measure of dignity to even those who have not earned it, which is awesome. What at least some of you are really complaining about is not getting the dirt on someone. You want to know why...why this chief is gone and why someone didnt get arrested. I feel like she has proven herself over and over. And I think its time for this community to afford her some dignity as well. You want more, but you voted against the tax....where do you think municipal services come from???? You want a well trained Chief of police to dedicate his time here....he might want a salary! And, the saddest thing of all (in my opinion) is that Mayor OMara does not seem to have any hidden agenda at all. She just wants what is best for the community. Some of the others interested in her position do have their own agenda. Good luck to this community if those people take over!!
