I would like to see an Election where people ,no matter what Party - TopicsExpress

I would like to see an Election where people ,no matter what Party they belong to, get elected based on their individual capability. The Prime minister chosen from whichever Party has the highest seats, elected by secret Ballot from amongst all the Winners, then Govt then formed from the Best of those elected(irrespective of which Party they belong)and every one of them, then answerable only to the Prime Minister, not to the Dictats of their individual Party Presidents. This way, No party will try and stall Parliament, as their men/women too will be in the Ruling Party. United India will then emerge, and Progress can be made............But Alas! Present Constitution, will need to change for this to happen.
