I would like to send out a very big THANK YOU to volunteers from this past week. Stacey Savatsky, Colin Westoven, Dara Lazar, Rebekah and Martin Rabinowitz, Jackie Egland, Donna Clifton, Jessi Ten, Kelly and Ashlynn Brown, and Cheryl Krawchuk. Thanks to all of their hard work, every Village bird has at least one new toy to play with, cages were assembled, birds were socialized, fed, and watered, and I got some computer work done! Some volunteers spent 10+ hours here over the last week, and all that was asked in return was for ESPN to be on for football...now that is a deal I can easily agree to! An additional thank you goes out to Jackie Egland for getting the Village signed up for iGive and Krogers rewards...more details to come soon! It truly does take a village, and there is no way to do this alone. Every minute spent helping is deeply appreciated! Wing hugs and beakie kisses!
