I would like to share a few thoughts with everyone, there may be ****triggers**** so please beware..... We lost an amazing, wonderful, talented, tormented man, one who has made us all laugh, and I am sure shed a few tears as well. My gut reaction on hearing this was If he didnt stand a chance, how the hell can I survive this. Robin Williams struggled for years with sobriety, depression and those dark times, yet he was a beautiful soul, a wonderful actor and known throughout the world. I am sure he had the best doctors and treatments. At the end of the day, throughout his life, he was a human, a mere mortal who suffered, just like each and every one of us. He probably woke up wishing he was dead more then once, he probably thought about his suicide regularly, and we all know those demons who just love to ride on our shoulders goading us into believing we are no one, nothing important. Yet coming back to Robin Williams, he was huge, larger then life, I will bet there are not too many people in this world who hadnt heard of him. He is, was and always will be a legend!! He is, was and always will be just a man, who suffered like the rest of us..... Rest in peace finally Robin Williams! You will be missed, and hopefully you are in a better place, where you no longer hurt..... Please share any thoughts you have on this, it has really really impacted my day, I am terribly sad, he was so amazing. But it made me realize......he was just a man, a man who hurt daily, just like I do.....No amount of money can fix this, but standing up llike he did can maybe help.... :(
