Depriving the talented people in the developing countries from such researches is the harshest discrimination; and the greatest injustice to humanity. Therefore, it is ESSENTIAL that true equal opportunity be OPENLY CONSIDERED for all the capable member nations of the vast global village to use their talent to do advanced researches, for the peaceful growth of the whole nations, EVEN AT THE LEVEL OF MAKING ATOMIC BOMBS. Otherwise, no nation can be blamed for not trusting the superpowers, and for trying their best secretly to catch up with the few states that are openly favoured to carry out such researches. This main point should be HONESTLY borne in mind for friendly talks with all the member nations in the global village!
