I would like to share with you a new Australia wide initiative I have just launched. It is called Earths Flavours. There is a HUGE amount of produce waste that is occurring both on farms as well as in peoples backyards. It is our goal to help reduce this amount of waste by giving both growers and consumers a win win situation by linking them directly with each other. Earths Flavours is an online marketplace that works a lot like Gumtree in that you can BUY, SELL, SWAP, GIVEAWAY or even post a WANTED ad. We want to give consumers the opportunity to purchase fresh, tasty, REAL homegrown produce with less chemicals and sprays directly from growers in their local area. We want consumers to become more aware of what they are putting into their bodies and to experience what REAL food really should look and taste like. We want to give the farmers, growers, fishermen, butchers, horticulturists etc the opportunity to share ALL their produce with members of their local community and in doing so putting dollars back into their pockets.
