I would like to share with you all one of my proud moments....My youngest daughter is 7 and is ASD/ ADHD. She is playing flag football this year. She is the ONLY girl on the 2 teams. She struggles with sound sensory issues. SOO...as most of you know football is NOT quiet. After her 3rd practice she was upset because they were teaching them to yell when they were pushing off the line. We talked to the coaches and now she goes to practice with her mouth piece AND her ear plugs. And says football is Awesome. She is so proud. She got her outfit last night and had to put on the jersey.
