I would like to start this investors group. So to break it down so everyone understands, In order to be in the club you would have to invest 5,000 a year which would be approx. 105 a week. might sound like a lot but we spend 105 a week eating out. The investor group would use the money coming in to invest into different things. Each investor will receive a check each moth from investments. lets give a example. We start the group with 10 investors after 12months we save 50,000 we take that 50,000 and buy lets just save 5 properties in Rochester or different areas. We fix those houses flip them and sell for a profit. Another example. the group holds 20,000 and we invest 10,000 into FB stock and 10,000 into a McDonalds Franchise. The point of this group is to first help people save ,2 provide those who might never have enough money to do some of these things the chance to . Doc Leonard M.
