I would like to stress how the SPCA and others have really let me down. A mother duck has hatched 8 baby ducks in my neighbors yard and are not in the least bit interested in helping to bring them safely to the park. One vof the baby ducks has expired and the mother has taken to walking down the sidewalk with 8 baby ducks in tow. Shes looking for safety in which this neighborhood who is home to quite a few cats is not the most safest place for them to be. Im at work and I cant do anything at the moment. Very disappointed!
