I would like to take a minute to introduce myself to the viewers of this page. Back in late September this year, Puckerbutt Pepper Company rolled out the initial ten seed offerings from the Christopher Phillips Rare Seed Collection. Well, this is Christopher, the guy behind the seed collection. I have been heavily involved in the pepper world for 10+ years now and have enjoyed every moment of it. What started out as a small hobby quickly turned into an obsession! I have spent an enormous amount of time and effort pursuing this passion and never would have believed from the beginning just how many great friends I would encounter on the Internet and in person across the world as a result. I never would have imagined after tasting a Caribbean Red Habanero that years later I would be reaching out to people in distant places such as Tobago in 2006 to first bring the virtually unknown Trinidad Scorpion Moruga Blend Red to growers in the United States and abroad (yes I still have that original seed packet). I am thrilled Ed Currie and the Puckerbutt team offered me the opportunity to put my seeds up on their website. I hope many can enjoy some of the the different varieties as much as I have over the years. I will be making posts on this page on occasion showcasing some of the varieties up for sale. The good thing is with me it just doesnt matter - from wilds to milds, super hot to super unusual, every species, I just love them all. Thanks for looking and be sure to check in for updates.
