I would like to take this opportunity to thank EVERYONE who helped me through this election campaign, anyone who helped in any small way in fundraising, donations and canvassing and distribution of information and posters, to Majella for her photos, Gerry for website, Mick, Keith, Malcolm, Frank, Conor and Joey my poster teams, to Miriam, Sarah, Lydia and Frank who travelled to canvas and sing and play at the wonderful Blues Night, to Charlie, IPAC and Donal who gave a media presence to independents which is difficult to access through the print media and to all the people local and distant who have wished me well and buoyed me along with encouragement. Apologies if I have forgotten anybody, brain is fairly fried now! Most especially, thanks to my family without whom I could not have done it. To Fran, Derval, Conor, Joe, Eilish, Mary, Claire and Evie, who picked up the slack, the flack and occasionally the tab, who comforted me, cursed me and kicked my arse -all at the appropriate times! Love you all to bits xx
