I would like to thank Vishwa Modi for nominating me for #paragraphbucketchallenge an initiative by our professor Milan Pandya . So here goes my topic Spiritual and mental peace necessary or not? You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you , none can make you spiritual .There is no other teacher than your soul . - Swami Vivekananda. Sometimes in life we own everything that will bring us fame and success but achieving mental peace is exactly what matters. People generally interpret Spirituality as Religious idelogy but according me its where we experience values like truth,goodness,beauty and love. I do think a person can survive without religion but not values because thats what makes humans different . We differ by values. In life there will be thousands of people willing to live your life, be in your shoes but if your life doesnt gives you mental peace nothing else matters. Because at the end what matters is being happy with yourself. Spiritual and mental peace is beautiful but achieving it is deadly. For that finding yourself and setting yourself free is important.
