I would like to thank all of you who have joined me on my journey this year, for your support, your laughs, your contributions to my page, for allowing me to help you along your pathways, and most of all for trusting me with your hearts. And so as we come to the end of another year. Lets try to leave all our negative thoughts, feelings, emotions and attitudes in 2014, and start 2015 with a new more positive outlook. Meditate and ask God and your guides to cleanse, clear and center your energies, to bring anything specific to your mind that you may need to ‘name’ to release and for these disorganised , foreign or unclean energies to travel down from your body through your feet deep to the heart of Mother earth where she will convert them into clean positive useable energies (see these energies travel away from you down thru the roots from your feet, deep down into Mother Earth) Then ask for these cleansed converted energies to be returned to you in the places where they belong and for any that dont belong to you to be sent back to where they belong (Take a moment to see yours returning) and for any gaps within you to be filled with love and light. . Ask Archangel Michael to surround you with blue protective light, or place you in a protective bubble of love & light See this around you and know that you are safe in your personal energy space.
