I would like to thank the Indiana State Police last night. I was driving home from work on the toll road at 12:30am and near the East Chicago South Shore Station a driver I came up on in front of me was clearly impaired. He was going about 40 mph, when the speed limit there is 70, and swerving all over the place almost crashing into the guard rails. I was about to dial 911 while keeping a good distance behind him when a State Trooper pulled up along side of me! He saw what was happening and pulled over the car. Those troopers saved that guys life along with everyone elses by taking that guy off the road!
