I would like to thank the guys and girls of Mountain Rescue Team that guided Lorraine and Franky safely of the hill a couple of weeks ago. I have managed to rope in a certain young lady to make up some Commando X Fit loom bands to raise a bit of cash to be donated to these brave individuals who volunteer there services. Franky and Lorraine will do a burpee for every metre of the hill they were navigationally challenged on :-). Hill walking is a great way to get fit, please make sure you are well prepared and if you have any questions about local hills give me a shout :-).. £1 per band going to a great cause..
