I would like to welcome all our new members. Please feel free to post as much as you want and (almost) whatever you want. The only rules are these: 1. Self-promotion only with participation. By this I mean that you are welcome to publicize your own site, page, group, blog, cause or business, but only if you are taking part in group discussions here. It can be as little as clicking on the Like button, but that’s what I ask. 2. Please make your posts factual, unless you’re like me and take creative license for the purpose of satire and humor. I do my research before I post, but sometimes I get silly ideas and just go with them. 3. Please—no personal attacks. Criticize the statement and not the person. If someone proves you wrong, as has happened to me quite a few times in this group, please admit it. We’re all friends here, or should be. 4. There is no censorship of language here (except for name calling between members) so don’t worry about offensive words or ideas. Comments posted here are meant in the best of humor so please don’t take anything seriously. 5. All members who post in this group must have their Facebook privacy settings set to allow comments on those posts and to allow other members to click on your name so that they can view your home page or Wall. As group administer, I reserve the right to comment on any post and if I can’t, that member is removed from the group. This group is a forum for interacting with each other as peers, not for delivering one’s “wisdom” from on high to one’s “subordinates”. This is a liberal/progressive group. You are welcome to post right wing stories only if your intention is to debunk and/or ridicule them. Thank you for joining my group and please have fun.
