I would like to wish those who are celebrating Christmas with their families a Merry Christmas. Let us all strive to live in the spirit of Jesus Christ (peace be upon him), a prophet of God to both Islam & Christianity. Let him be a symbol of unity between all those who revere him and not a source of division. A man who stood up to the tyrants of his time, brought compassion in an environment of misery, performed countless miracles, and is an inspiration to BILLIONS today. Here are some verses from the Quran, the Muslim holy book about his birth, and a short movie clip. Relate in the Book the story of the Virgin Mary, when she withdrew from her family to a place toward the east. And she secluded herself from people. Then We sent to her Our Arch Angel Gabriel in the form of a man. She said, Indeed, I seek refuge in the Most Merciful God from you, so if you are God fearing, please let me be alone. The Arch Angel Gabriel said, I am only the messenger of your Lord to give you news of the birth of your son. Mary said, How can I give birth when no man has touched me? Gabriel responded It is Gods will and it is easy for him. We will make him a sign to the people and a mercy from Us. And it is a matter already decreed .
