I would like your help. I just recently learned that a public figure struggles a great deal with ADHD and OCD. In fact, this persons OCD is a serious issue and the fear of germs has controlled his life. Seeing the public persona, no one would really know this struggle exists. Yet, the reality of what is going on behind the smile is quite different from what is offered by this person for public consumption. I know many people portray one image that is in stark contrast to the real narrative of their life. So, here is where I want your help. Do you know someone that deals with anxiety and/or OCD issues? Or, if you do not personally know of someone, do you think this is a relevant issue in culture and something that people in our churches struggle with?
