I would love to see a world in the near future where we do not need big and expensive infrastructures that become obsolete really quick. I would love to be able to explore different options to solve the needs of the people in a sustainable way without discarding the precision and accuracy we are able to achieve nowadays. I am always daydreaming with different kinds of solutions for this particular topic, and I will be thrilled to see how you guys are working in this field of infinite opportunities. I am an architect by profession, and I have just finish a Master degree in sciences of materials, and this combination has opened my eyes to a whole universe of possibilities that I had never dreamed about before, and makes me wonder: Why are not we using all the potential that science offers us to develop solutions for the needs of the worlds community in the developed countries, but more important, in the developing ones? Why is so hard to improve life in terms of quality, based on the science findings, instead of just keep doing the same old thing? BAF
