I would of thought it would be MANDATORY to PROVE the guilt of someone thru DNA before executing them. Apparently I would of thought wrong!! I wonder WHY its not Mandatory?? I would guess simply because the government (and cops) KNOW they can get by with it. They dont care if the inmate is GUILTY or INNOCENT. They caught someone so they are satisfied. They still get THEIR Money, regardless. And if its the WRONG Person they execute?? NO matter -- that just gives them the excuse to go out and round up SOME OTHER PERSON and accuse them of the crime. NO ONE IN THE USA IS Innocent until proven guilty!! We are all GUILTY UNTIL WE CAN AFFORD A GOOD ENOUGH LAWYER TO PROVE OUR INNOCENCE. If we cant afford a GOOD lawyer, then we are deemed GUILTY and thats that, in the eyes of the law!!
