I would really appreciate it if the GOP committe would stop sending me these dumb emails about signing some dumb petition to sue the president for his unconstitutional acts. So this is how I responded to the latest email. If the President is guilty of doing all these unconstitutional acts then the proper procedure according to the Constitution is to impeach him, not a civil law suit. The balance of power is maintained when the Congress performs its duty as described in the document that establishes our government, not when the Congress abdicates its responsibility to the Judicial system. Do your job Congress! Impeach!
