I would share with you the link for the agenda for tonights town board meeting but it has not been put on their webpage. According to The Mancos Times items on the agenda include the budget for 2014 and discussions regarding the retail of marijuana in Mancos. There is currently a moratorium banning the sale of retail marijuana til after the first of the year. Only current medical marijuana facilities, however, may apply for state licenses to grow and sell for recreational use. Newcomers to the market will not be able to acquire recreational licenses until October 2014. Most communities are banning the retail sale of marijuana. Should Mancos follow the others or should we reap the rewards of having one of the few legal stores in the state?
