I wrote this poem a while back and was asked to post it....hope you like it.Im dedicating it to my pretty little Yankee fan My girl was a Yankee she was dressed up in navy I loved her so much but she was driving me crazy Bottom of the ninth with the Yankees ahead The Royals were down I was ready for bed I sat there all quiet as she cheered on her team but deep down inside me I wanted to scream So I went to the bathroom to hide from my blues but while I was gone All hell had broke loose The Royals went crazy nine runs batted in the score was now tied both team sat at ten It was an incredible comeback a rally was on But I had just missed it Cause I hid in the John So while I admired the towels on the rack a home run was hit and the Royals came back Now what did I learn from my time on the pot just hide in the crapper and the Royals get hot So now I just read on the toilet all day cause when a streak is on you cant jinx it ,no way So Im here til October just glued to the seat Hoping my Royals will never get beat I know you are laughing but you are all just jerks because nothing is crazy as long as it works Now the playoff are here Not a game I will see cause Im holed up in the bathroom pretending to pee Now Ill stay in the pisser just as long as I can Because I loyal and true Not a fair weather fan Send cupcakes and Charmin and probably be fine and text me the scores while I wipe my behind
