I wrote this song yesterday, and laid down some scratch tracks today. Its Logic drum loops, and me playing everything else (without the aid of a tuner, apparently). Its called Beauty in Decay. Its about how sometimes things are better after something breaks or falls apart. It doesnt happen overnight, but over time those weeds that grow through cracks in the sidewalk will be a forest someday. Ill be recording this song, along with some Ive been playing for a bit and more I havent written yet, sometime this summer with a full band. The album will be called Songs to Weather Your Storm.
