Provide quick problem solving including, but not limited to, fixing errors, creating alternative methods of completing a task, correcting user errors, and correcting system inconsistencies. Provide detailed and accurate cases of all client contact. Provide assistance to the Product Support Manager and other departments when requested. Provide quick problem solving including, but not limited to, fixing errors, creating alternative methods of completing a task, correcting user errors, and correcting system inconsistencies. Become exceptionally familiar with Kenexa’s products and services. Liaise with software engineering, product management and technical consultant teams for up to date information on the tickets and escalations. Experience : =========== 0- 20 Months. Skills: ============ Basic computer and troubleshooting knowledge, Good Communication skill.
