ICC Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda is seen in press conferences boasting how she has issued an arrest warrant to kenyan journalist Walter Baraza and demands Kenyan Government to arrest him immediately and hand over him to hague. Up to now its clear that no such arrest warrant has been handed over to the cabinet secretary for interior Ole lenku, the process of executing such arrest warrant according to international criminal law is that it has to be handed over to Interior cabinet secretary who has to hand over to Kenyan Judiciary for it to undergo a legal process where baraza will also be required to defend himself, if the kenyan judiciary finds through this legal process that this warrant merits then it issues an order to inspector general of police to arrest him and hand over to hague, if it finds otherwise he is not arrested. Therefore, instead of bensouda shouting in press conferences like politicians, she should work professionally by initiating the above process and stop chest thumping because in the end it is Kenyan Government through its judiciary that will decide whether the arrest warrant merits to arrest Baraza or not.
