ICC STILL PURSUING A POLITICAL AGENDA IN KENYA IN THE HOPE THAT THEIR PUPPET WILL GAIN POLITICAL MILEAGE FOR 2017.. ICC Chief Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda will today release a record of material evidence they intended to use against President Uhuru in the trial phase and sections of witness statements that were previously not publicly available, as ordered by the ICC judges on December 11 last year, even though Ms Bensouda admitted she could not sustain trial with the available evidence. The alleged exposè will include details of what happened in Naivasha and Nakuru, where retaliatory attacks were alleged to have been carried out during the 2008 chaos as well as information relating to the prosecution’s allegations of interference with witnesses. This move to me is a political move to try and embarass the president. The ICC is working with known political forces in the opposition and their darling (c)evil society activists to try to score political goals with an eye on 2017 general elections. Bensouda is simply pursuing a political agenda instead of the law. The prosecutor will be releasing the information at the behest of the same forces who were behind Uhuru’s prosecution at the Hague-based court. After failing in their pursuit of Mr Kenyatta, the enemies of Kenya have resorted to having the pre-trial brief made public so as to embarass the president. Instead, it will be Bensouda who will end up having an egg on her face after all this drama and hullabaloo. Remember, Kenyans voted for him knowing very well that he was an indictee at the court and if there was any embarrassment, it would have happened then.
