ICC UPDATES: The fifth witness now says he was confused earlier when he said that the ODM rally he attended where Ruto supposedly said kikuyus should be taken to Central was in 64 Stadium. In the usual complete 360 turn,stammering style that we are used to by now the witness says his memory has returned and that the rally he was talking about was the one at Huruma grounds and not the one at the 64 Stadium as he had earlier said. The witness had to quickly recant his earlier statement after it became apparent to him that there was no ODM rally at 64 stadium in December 2007. In his Testimony the witness said he saw a shade describing where the Pentagon members were seated and that he went through a gate to get to the stadium.A clear description of 64 Stadium and not Huruma grounds. I end with the words of defence counsel Hooper to the witnessYou are now changing your evidence because you have realized the game is over.
